At Convention this summer, one of my FAVORITE Consultant artists, Lisa Stenz, displayed this set of cards and box she created with paper from the Pathfinder paper pack. I think these are the prettiest cards I have seen in a long time! I knew I had to give them a try for myself. If you'd like to make these cards, sign up for my workshop on Monday, August 25th, at 6 p.m. The fee for this class is $24, which includes a full pack of the Pathfinder paper, your Journaling Cards Box and a package of the Bling Gems. I'll provide the remaining paper that you will need.
If you want to take a crack at these on your own, I used Glacier Cardstock, White Daisy and Chocolate Cardstock in addition to the Pathfinder B&T paper. The flowers are cut from the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge and sponged with Glacier ink on the edges. I embossed several of the pieces with our new Floral Embossing Folder. You can find all of the supplies you'll need for this project on my website, http://christina.ctmh.com.
The stamp images came from a couple of different stamp sets. Most of them were from our November Stamp of the Month, "It's the Little Things," which won't be available until November. I also used a couple of images from the "Lifetime of Happiness" stamp set (C1589, $13.95), which is available now.
